Since you are a mobile service, what do you need from me on-site?
All we need is access to your vehicle, enough space to work around it comfortably (like a driveway), and access to a standard electrical outlet and a water spigot. We bring everything else!
What happens if it rains on the day of my appointment?
As a mobile service, we are weather-dependent. If there is heavy rain, strong winds, or other inclement weather forecasted for your appointment time, we will contact you in advance to reschedule for the next available clear day that works for you. If you have a garage or covered space we can work in, we can often proceed as planned.
Do I need to be home for the entire service?
No. We just need access to the vehicle to start, and we can notify you upon completion. You can go about your day and come back to a beautifully detailed car.
How often should I get my car detailed?
For full protection and maintenance, we recommend a complete detail every 6 to 12 months. Services like a regular wash and wax or an interior wipe-down are great for in-between maintenance every 1-3 months, depending on how you use your vehicle.
What is the difference between a car wash and an auto detail?
A car wash is a surface-level cleaning to remove everyday dirt. Detailing is a far more meticulous, deep-cleaning process designed to restore, protect, and enhance your vehicle's appearance inside and out. We address everything we can!
